Our privacy policy has been compiled for our valued and appreciated users to clearly understand their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) rights. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please note, we retain only our customer’s user names, emails and phone numbers; no financial information is stored on ComeBackApp.com.

What personal information do we collect?

When signing up to use the ComeBack App platform, personal information such as your name and email address are required. All  other payment information is processed by fully compliant 3rd party payment processor provider. All communications with the ComeBack App website and your browser are encrypted and secure.

When do we collect information?

We collect only user names and email addresses when users register on our site, place an order, Open a Support Ticket, fill out a form,  or enter information on our site.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase,  or use certain other site features in the following ways:

      To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested

      To improve our website in order to better serve you

An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions

ComeBack App periodically uses Google Products such as Google Ad words and other marketing tools. We follow all compliance regulations at all times.
